Shipping Within India

• Charged by weight, so a pair of studs costs less to send than a bridal set. Work out the cost
• Dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order
• Delivery typically 4-7 working days, depending on your pin code

Every parcel is tracked. You get the tracking number by email, and on WhatsApp if you ask for updates the moment it leaves us. Festive weeks are slower, and we will tell you if your order is affected rather than let you wonder.

Shipping worldwide

We post to any country we can reach, and we do it often. Postage is worked out by weight when you check out, so you see the full cost before you order.

• Delivery is typically 7-21 working days, depending on the country
• Postage is calculated by weight and destination, and shown at checkout
• Everything is tracked, the same as inside India

Any customs duty or import tax is payable by you on arrival. We have no way to pay it for you, or to predict it reliably, and we would rather say so than let it arrive as a shock.

Returns

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48hrs. from delivery by emailing us at returns@jewelsofjoybydiksha.com or by texting on WhatsApp with

• Your order no.
• Clear photographs of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item.

Products must be returned:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging
• Along with all accessories

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Parcel opening video is compulsory from starting to end to claim any damage or defect without any interruptions.

Exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to reasons such as:

• Size concern
• Colour preference
• Fit issue

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within an hour after placing order.
