Who you are buying from

This shop is operated by Jewels of Joy by Diksha, based in Panipat, Haryana, India. Contact: help@jewelsofjoybydiksha.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, usually because a one-off piece sold moments earlier, we cancel it and refund anything you have paid in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are an indicative conversion for your convenience; you are charged in Indian Rupees, and your bank's rate and any foreign transaction fee will decide the final amount on your statement.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.

Product descriptions

Our jewellery is fashion jewellery, with stones that are cubic zirconia, American diamond, moissanite, kundan, glass or semi-precious as described in each listing. It is not solid gold and not fine jewellery, and we never describe it as such. Stones are described honestly, where a piece uses a Swarovski alternative rather than Swarovski crystal, the listing says so.

Photographs are taken in natural light and we try hard to show true colour. Screens vary, and handmade pieces vary slightly from one to the next.

Payment

You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe or any UPI app) straight to us, or by card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay where offered. We never receive your card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords. Orders are posted once payment has arrived.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged by the weight of the parcel and where it is going, and is shown in full before you place your order. Any customs duty or import tax on international orders is payable by you.

Cancellations, exchanges and refunds

Refunds are given only in the cases below. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

  • You cancel within one hour. You can cancel your order yourself, from the link in your confirmation, for one hour after placing it. Anything you have paid is refunded in full.
  • We cancel. If we cannot fulfil your order, anything you have paid is refunded in full.
  • Damaged or incorrect item. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and a parcel opening video recorded from start to end without interruption. Once we have checked it we send a replacement. Only if a replacement is not possible do we refund the price of that item.

Exchanges for size, colour or fit are at our discretion and are described on the shipping, exchanges and refunds page. Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 7 working days of being agreed.
